This was a three-quarters-stage production with a large cast. What
at first appeared to be a simple set was transformed by carefully
planned and executed lighting and movement of props and other elements.
The combination of modern elements and costumes (such as tuxedoes and
disco-type music) with traditional devices associated with the play
(such as fairies in ballet-like costumes) provided a truly dream-like
atmosphere.
